Emonke Return & Exchange Policy
At Emonke, we strive to provide high-quality products that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- For returns due to damages or defects, a video and images of the unboxing are mandatory.
- Returns must be shipped to:
D-1/1407, Sorva Complex, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Maharashtra, Mumbai 400101. - Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and videos.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom orders, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you need a size change or replacement, initiate a return request first.
- Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
- If you receive a wrong or defective product, Emonke will provide a free return pickup (if available in your pincode).
- If pickup service is unavailable, you will need to self-ship the item. A flat ₹100 return shipping fee applies.
- No restocking fees.
- Final sale items (from select collections) cannot be returned.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at hello@emonke.in.
6. International Orders (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
- Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and has proof of purchase.
7. Additional Notes
- Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds for COD orders will only be provided as store credits.
- The same product cannot be returned more than twice.
