Emonke Store Return & Exchange Policy
At Emonke, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
✅ You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✅ For returns due to damage or defects, a video & images of the product unboxing are mandatory.
✅ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
✅ Returns must be shipped to:

2. Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@emonke.in with supporting images and videos for a resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
⛔ The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized/custom orders
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
4. Exchange Policy
🔄 Need a size change or replacement?
- Initiate a return request.
- Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
🔄 If you receive a wrong or defective product:
- Free return pickup will be arranged where available.
- If your pin code is not eligible for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item. A flat ₹100 return shipping charge applies.
- No restocking fee.
- Final sale items (7 collections) cannot be returned.
5. Refund Process
💰 Once we receive and inspect your return:
✅ You will be notified about approval or rejection.
✅ If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
✅ If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@emonke.in.
6. International Orders (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
📌 Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- accompanied by proof of purchase
7. Other Important Notes
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
🎟️ Refunds for COD orders will only be provided as store credits.
🔄 The same product cannot be returned more than twice.
