Emonke Store Return & Exchange Policy

At Emonke, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
 For returns due to damage or defects, a video & images of the product unboxing are mandatory.
 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped to:
D-1/1407, Sorva Complex, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Maharashtra, Mumbai 400101.

2. Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@emonke.in with supporting images and videos for a resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

 

4. Exchange Policy

🔄 Need a size change or replacement?

  1. Initiate a return request.
  2. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

🔄 If you receive a wrong or defective product:

  • Free return pickup will be arranged where available.
  • If your pin code is not eligible for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item. A flat ₹100 return shipping charge applies.
  • No restocking fee.
  • Final sale items (7 collections) cannot be returned.

 

5. Refund Process

💰 Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified about approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@emonke.in.

 

6. International Orders (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

📌 Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

 

7. Other Important Notes

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
🎟️ Refunds for COD orders will only be provided as store credits.
🔄 The same product cannot be returned more than twice.
